Residents at Sky Ranch For Boys who advance in their programs are given the opportunity to participate in a flight training program.
A licensed flight instructor comes to Sky Ranch and provides a ground school for the eligible residents.
The residents are able to complete flight instruction up to the solo level.
Upon discharge, residents can choose to complete their instruction and actually receive a pilot’s license.
