Full time employees are provided with a benefit package consisting of the following:
- Single health insurance plan: Employee is responsible for $25 per paycheck or $50 per month. Employee is eligible after 90 days.
- Single dental insurance plan: Sky Ranch pays entire premium. Employee is eligible after 90 days.
- Retirement: Sky Ranch pays 10% of an employee’s annual salary into a simplified employee plan. Employee is eligible after 1 year.
- Sick leave and vacation time are accrued based on the job.
- Sky Ranch For Boys offers a flexible benefits plan which allows employees to put money into medical and day care accounts pre-tax.
Currently, Sky Ranch For Boys is taking applications for Residential Supervisors, who provide direct care for our residents. The shifts are 4 days on and 4 days off.
